1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Jay Packers and Movers, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Description of Services

Jay Packers and Movers provides comprehensive relocation services including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of goods for residential and commercial moves across India.

3 Booking and Cancellation

• Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with an advance payment.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or road blockages.

4 Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are ready for packing and moving at the agreed time.
• Provide accurate information about the quantity and nature of goods to be moved.
• Valuables such as jewelry, cash, laptops, and important documents should be transported by the customer personally. We do not take responsibility for such items.
• Arrange for necessary permissions for parking and elevator usage at both the origin and destination locations.

5 Insurance and Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings using premium packing materials, we highly recommend purchasing transit insurance for comprehensive coverage. Our liability for damaged or lost items is limited strictly as per the terms specified in the transit insurance policy.

6 Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of the moving services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the move. We accept various modes of payment including cash, bank transfer, UPI, and major credit cards.

7 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
